Everyone in an approved practice uses the same secure sign-in page. Your assigned role controls the features available after login.

Practice administrators

• Manage staff access.
• Configure practice settings.
• Review reminders and operational configuration.

Doctors and nurses

• Open patients from the clinical workspace.
• Document encounters and review results.
• Use specialty workflows where authorized.

Front desk

• Manage schedules and check-in workflows.
• Coordinate appointments and referrals where permitted.
• Clinical signing remains restricted by role.
